Our toy run is held each Year to collect toys for Scoil Chromaic in Cashel, a special needs school. The Old Malthouse help very much in the running of this event, providing Us with refreshments before and after Our run. The work carried out by the Teachers, Carers and Parents in this school is to be seen to be believed and it is Our pleasure to help

One of the big events of the biking world takes place in Templemore on the 2nd of December 2018, when motorcyclists from all over converge on the Old Malthouse, Templemore and collect toys for the Children of Scoil Chormaic Cashel.

Scoil Chormaic is a vibrant school providing educational services for 222 students with specific special educational needs, intellectual disabilities and/or Autism aged from 3 to 18 years.

Each Year the bikers collect toys and deliver them to the School. They meet at 2pm in the Old Malthouse for refreshments very kindly provided and sponsored by Francis Murphy, and leave in convoy for Cashel at 3pm, arriving in Scoil Chormaic for 3.30pm, where they are met and greeted and help deliver the toys.

Toys are collected by voluntary donation and can be left with Eamonn Grey or in the malthouse on the day, we will have Our van ready and loaded to help bring a smile to a child’s face.

Please feel free to join us on the day.
